Voting open now for the Jorum Learning and Teaching competition

Following a record number of entries in this year’s Jorum Learning and Teaching competition, we are pleased to announce that you can now vote for your favourite resource on the Jorum Community Bay. This can be found via the link, or under the ‘Sharing Resources’ category at the bottom right of the page.

A shortlist of ten resources has been selected by the judging panel, and can be found on the Jorum Community Bay to allow for a ‘community’ vote. Anyone can vote, but will need to register as a Community Bay user first - via a simple form. A combination of the judge’s scores and community votes will determine the final six places.

The resources are shown in no particular order. Simply select the button next to your chosen resource and hit 'save my choice' at the bottom of the screen. You may only vote for one resource.

You can preview each resource by selecting the link next to each one.

Voting will close on the 6th August, after which we will announce the final six places.

The winners will be asked to present their resources at the ALT-C conference on Wednesday 8th September in Nottingham. The final three will receive their prizes at the gala dinner that night.

All resources entered into the competition have been created under a creative commons licence, and can be found within JorumOpen – search for the tag #Jorumcomp10.

Thank you to all those who took the time to enter; and to the judges who had a hard task choosing from an extremely diverse range of outstanding open access resources.
