Jorum training - sharing knowledge*

Another training event took place at the University of West of England (UWE), 23rd October. The training events were aimed at staff from FE and HE institutions, involved in producing learning and teaching resources.

Thirty participants, representing twenty-six institutions, valued the opportunity to learn about JorumOpen and future plans from the Jorum team:

"Excellent and useful training - very inspiring"

"Very enjoyable and thanks for reminding me about exe learning"

"I found the repurposing examples and interoperability presentations very worthwhile and interesting"

"Chance to get an update on Jorum and the way things have changed. Useful handouts and clear explanations from both Nicola and Matt"

Thank you to Lisa Parcell from RSC Wales who attended this session, and as a result has compiled an update which highlights the key points from the day.

The next set of training sessions will run in the New Year to coincide with the release of JorumOpen. Further details to be announced early 2010.

Full training materials can be found on the Jorum Community Bay.
